Payments
We can accept multiple methods of payment to suit your requirements, these include;
- Credit or Debit Card
- Apple Pay or Google Pay
- PayPal
- BACs *
- Cheque ^
- Cash ~
- All card payments (inc. Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal) can be done online, over the phone or in person, we use Stripe for our card processing, not only is it completely secure, Stripe also provide merchant services for some of the top brands in the UK and worldwide.
- Card payments will incur a surcharge fee of 1.5%, capped at a maximum of £250.00.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal is all processed via Stripe.

- * BACs payments (also know as bank transfer) are to me made to the account details that we will provide to you, you will need to use your job reference in the banks reference section so we are able to identify your payment, payment will be confirmed once it reaches our account.
- ^ If you would like to pay by cheque, this is possible, however please be advised that all payments in this method is subject to fund clearance, therefore, no work can be started, continued or finalised until your cheque payment has cleared to our account. Cheques are to be made payable to: James Mackenzie.
- ~ All cash payments are to be made in person, do not send cash via post or courier.
- A deposit is required for all jobs and payable at time of agreement.
- All payments are to be paid on or before the agreed payment date(s).
- Deposits, purchased equipment and already applied workmanship are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless agreed otherwise.
Whichever payment method you opt to use, you will always receive a VAT invoice/receipt via email.
